- "Calendario descriptivo de manuscritos sud-americanos" (pages [17]-141) is a translation of Descriptive calendar of South American manuscripts, by Jac Nachbin, originally published in the Hispanic American historical review, v. 12-13, 1932-1933. Describes the collection of 64 volumes of original manuscripts, copies of documents and a few rare printed editions, originally collected by Nicolás Acosta and acquired by Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill., in 1915.
