Three years presumption of service connection for multiple sclerosis. Hearing before a subcommittee of the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, House of Representatives, Eighty-second Congress, first session, on H. R. 3205, a bill to amend the Veterans regulation to provide that multiple sclerosis developing a 10 percent or more degree of disability within 3 years after separation from active service shall be presumed to be service-connected.
