Speakers include Clifton De Berry, Quentin Hand, William Reed, and Malcolm X. Part I is the speech of Clifton DeBerry, 1964 presidential candidate of the Socialist Workers Party. Clifton DeBerry discusses the situation in Harlem, and political alternatives to the two-party system.
