Subcommittee No. 1 consideration of H. R. 7651, to amend the Career Compensation Act of 1949, to authorizezz the payment of an accrued portion of incentive pay to certain aeronautically rated or designated officers who have been eligible to such pay for a minimum of at least 10 years, and who subsequently are removed from the status to such eligibility due to the fact that a determination has beenz made that the requirement for them in this capacity is no longer necessary in the interest of national security.
