- Illustrations: 6 small woodcuts (oval vignettes within rectangular ornamental borders) on t. p. of vol. 1, repeated in a different order on t. p. of vol. 2 and inserted in the text a total of 98 times. The cuts, depicting activities of the narrators of the tales, are copies of those first used in the 1558 Lyons (G. Rouillé) ed. of A. le Maçon's French translation of the Decameron.
