Original etched paper covers bound in. Suite, bound with the above, comprises the double-page color proof and 10 other etchings with text (9 double-page and one full-page) printed in black and white; additional etchings on original paper covers, bound in.
• Binding, by Paul Bonet, 1966, of greenish-black morocco, with inlays in shades of green, tan and brown, patterned after the illustrations; doublures and end leaves of green suede, edged in tan leather. Enclosed in chemise of half greenish-black morocco and mottled green paper, lined in tan leather; with matching slipcase.
• Provenance: J. R. Abbey (bookplate; letter and invoice of the bookseller, Blaizot, mounted on front binder's blanks).
