(to which the case was remanded), and decree of the Court, approving the plan; excerpt from "Hearings before the Committee on Interstate Commerce, United States Senate ... pursuant to S. res. 98 ... November 21, 1911" (statement of F.H. Levy, summarizing the case and objecting to the Circuit Court's decree and to the refusal of the U.S. to appeal from the decree).
