- Publisher statement from colophon, p. [510]. Printed chiefly by Michael Furter, Basel, who died between Mar. 5 and May 2, 1517. Cf. Benzing for information on Furter types employed; for documentary evidence, cf. Regesten zur Geschichte des Buchdrucks 1501-1520 / Karl Stehlin, in: Archiv für Geschichte des deutschen Buchhandels, v. 14 (1891), no. 2022 (Dec. 1, 1517); no. 2065 (June 22, 1519). Place of printing/publication given as Oppenheim by Panzer, Brunet, Grässe, Caillet, LC, Shulman; printer as A. Petri, Basel, by Isaac, Dodgson, BM STC and Wellcome.
- Benzing gives foliation as: [12], 245, [15] leaves (245 misprint for 243?). No other authority describes a copy as foliated.
