- Based on a Workshop held at the University of Cambridge in December 1985 on 'Mixing, Stirring and Solidification in Metallurgical Processes' under the auspices of the Wolfson Group for Studies of Fluid Flow and Mixing in Industrial Processes. Also contains selected papers presented at a meeting on 'Progress in Modelling of Solidification Processes' organised by the Institute of Metals. The proceedings of neither meeting were published.
