Donald Cogsville, president of the Harlem Urban Development Corporation, describes their projects, most of which are planned around 125th Street. David McCarthy, general manager of the Apollo Theatre, discusses the future of the theatre and its new emphasis on multi-cultural programming. Dr. Mattie Cook, president to the Malcolm-King Harlem College Extension, discusses the college's goals and operation.
