Giles, personnel director for the city of Sacramento; an interview with Debbie Adams, Miss Sacramento; a talk with the Ohio Players, hoping to make a comeback; the dedication of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in honor of Paul Robeson; and scenes at the Ebony Fashion Fair, held at the Sacramento Community Center.
