- Summary
- A report on the first annual Kentucky Minority Artists Conference held in Louisville. Includes interviews with Singer Buchanan, chairman of the Speech, Communication and Theatre Department at Kentucky State University and sculptor Ed Hamilton Jr. who discuss the status of black art and artists as well as the art exhibited at the conference. Also contains excerpts of poetry readings by poet Estella Sales and a jazz performance by the Bennet Higgings Jazz Ensemble.
