- The portfolio contains "Note from the printer" (1 sheet) and the 14 facsims. (each on 1 folded sheet, except no. 6 ([7] p.)) that were too large to be bound in the main volume. The facsims. are printed on various mould- and handmade papers, including 3 on light blue paper by Hodgkinson, 1970; 1 on pink paper, watermarked J. Green & Son 1862, probably used for bills of exchange; 1 on cream-colored paper by Whatman, 1920; and 3 on papers made by Henry Morris for previously issued publications.
- Facsims. reproduced from copies in the Bodleian Library, except no. 6 (University Library, Cambridge).
- Binding, publisher's, by E.G. Parrot, of quarter black morocco and decorative paper boards (a reproduction of an 18th century "Dutch gilt" paper); issued in slipcase.
