Summary

Portraits of New York City politician Hulan Jack ranging from the 1940s to the 1960s. Among the many images are, Hulan at ribbon-cutting events, a ceremony at the Treasury building on Wall St., receiving honors, swearing in Cecil Carter, at a dinner honoring Rev. Eugene Callender, with his family, Hulan Jr. and wife Almira, and a variety of other functions. Individuals included in group portraits are: Ophelia DeVore, Sara Lou Harris, Paul T. O'Keefe, Father John LaFarge, Lloyd Dickens, Robert F. Kennedy, Dorothy Gordon, Benjamin Mays, Philip C. Jessup, Lawrence Chamberlain, Kenneth D. Johnson, and many other unidentified people. Full, half and quarter length portraits are available.
