- Summary
- Views of jazz pianist Erroll Garner taken approximately between 1950 and 1977. Includes half- and three-quarter length portraits (promotional stills) of Garner (some near a piano); also Garner in group portraits shaking hands with an unidentified man at a National Brotherhood conference; celebrating his birthday; with two unidentified women; talking with two unidentified men. Collection also includes a group portrait of Garner's sister's Martha and Bernice with Pittsburg Mayor Richard Caliguiri and Roy Kohler of Gulf Oil while holding a city proclamation for Erroll Garner Day.
