- A collection of adornment items, primarily bronze, from Niger, Burkina Faso, Mali, Nigeria, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Zaire. There are bracelets, rings, bells, anklets, pendants, earrings, and a hair ornament. Most items date from the early 20th century. There are a few unique items such as miniature brass grave implements from Mali dating from the 12th/16th century. Ethnic groups represented are the: Dogon, Songhai, Lobi, Ibo, Hausa, Dan, Ngere, Senufo and Baule.
