Summary
Magazine format featuring three segments. First, Wisconsin state representative Annette Polly Williams, sponsor of the Milwaukee School Choice Program, discusses the issues surrounding the program and explains how it works. The second segment interviews Wisconsin black Republicans Kevin J. Walker, Derek B. Kenner, Willie Nunnery and Sherry A. Hill, who explain why they joined the Republican party. In the third segment, exhibit curator Edward Maldonado of the Chicago Cultural Center, offers a guided tour through the art exhibit "African American Artists and the Harmon Foundation" at the Chicago Public Library. The program closes with an historical minute on fundraising at Fisk University by the Fisk Jubilee Singers and an editorial by Milwaukee Journal columnist Gregory Stanford on the increasing homicide rate in Milwaukee.
