- Summary
- A drama about the Watts riot of 1965 that examines the causes as personified by the lives of one African American family who confront racial discrimination at school, work, and from the police. Blair Underwood stars as an ambitious young man who seizes the opportunity to become a reporter during the riot and finds himself straddling two worlds.
