Local Note
The Schomburg Center's Manuscripts, Archives & Rare Book Division's copy includes accession no. D844956 in ink and stamp on several parts of the item. Probably one of the books added to the collection when Catherine A. Latimer was the collection librarian and Lawrence Reddick was the Curator. Imperfect: various water or oil-stained marked throughout; some pages partially faded; lacks original covers, bound in library binding with additional blank pages in the back, in red cloth over boards, and a gilt spine.
