Latimer & Arthur A. Schomburg's times as collection librarian & curator. The pamphlet includes NYPL's bookplate of "Arthur A. Schomburg Negro Collection" and the NYPL's perforated stamp. Imperfect: brittle, tape-sewn spine and bound in quarter leather, & marble paper over boards, currently housed in a black cloth-bound three-panel folder and a custom slipcase.Researchers are restricted to the microform copy in: Sc Micro F-269
