  • Illustrations: 6 prints : drypoint, b&w ; full-page (plate mark 20 cm. x 16 cm. or smaller). Printed by Rudolf Lauterbach. Each signed in pencil. According to Hofmaier, prints also exist in a proof state in which the 6 ill. are printed from the original 3 plates, which were cut in half for the book.
  • Binding: Publisher's quarter cream vellum and dark red paper boards.
