Summary
Moderated by Kim McCullough, this television program examines the education, training and recruitment of minorities by colleges and corporate America. Beginning with Bloomfield College, where an emphasis is placed on educating disadvantaged minorities, "Another View" explores how the U.S. is approaching the fact that by the year 2000, minorities will make up 1/3 of the work force. Legislative efforts and efforts by businesses and black colleges are discussed by Congressman Donald Payne, Robert Goodwin, Robert Davis, Charlene Brown, and William Brooks. There is also a panel discussion among Henry Davis, Elsie Cross, Andrea Zintz, John Noonan and members of the audience about this issue.
