Summary
In this television program, Bruce Johnson reports on the political, economic, cultural and historic aspects of Senegal, focussing on its capital, Dakar. Johnson takes the viewer to the open air market, the home of an upper middle class family, villages outside Dakar, and the slave fort through which millions of Africans forced into slavery passed.
