- 125 copies printed in red and black at the Hampshire Typothetae, Northampton, Mass., on Arches Cover paper from Centaur type. Of these 100 copies, numbered in arabic, were accompanied by 2 wood engravings from a separately printed edition of 200; 25 "deluxe edition" copies, numbered in roman, were accompanied also by 5 etchings from a separately printed edition of 50. (Cf. colophon; prospectus.) No. 68/100; signed in pencil by the artist.Accompanied by 2 wood engravings, being repeats of the 2 in the text, printed on beige Kitakata paper. Each is numbered 68/200, inscribed with a legend and signed in pencil. Enclosed in a folder of white archival paper.Prospectus (1 sheet) laid in; signed in pencil by the artist.
