Consists of cross-shaped pages of stiff beige paper with areas of stenciled color, illustrated throughout with reproductions of drawings, photomontages, paintings, etc.; most include text reproduced from ms. (some printed in red). Postage stamp (Indonesia) on t.p.
First 3 and last 3 leaves of gray plastic. First and last leaves and leaf preceding colophon blank; not counted in collation.
Issued in dark red stiff paper covers, with illustration (repeat of ill. on p. [22]) mounted on front cover; non-adhesive binding structure, attached to the signatures with exposed red ribbon and gray plastic strip. Contained in cross-shaped tin box, 17 x 17 x 4 cm., with printed paper label and postage stamp (Hongkong) on cover of box.
