- Local Note
- The Schomburg Center's Manuscripts, Archives & Rare Book Division's copy is probably one of the books added to the collection when Catherine A. Latimer was the collection Librarian; and Lawrence Reddick was the Curator. The pamphlet may have been treated and rebound in black cloth over board library binding; and a gilt spine. It contains a 1972 onward bookplate of: "Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture"; but lacks the NYPL perforated and early Schomburg Collection stamps, but has early processing markings of the original Schomburg Collection.
