It has a cataloging date of "July 21, 1950," according to G.K. Hall v. 5, page 4319, column 1, row 3. It includes a 1972's onward NYPL bookplate: The Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture. Probably, rebound in black cloth library binding, over boards, and gilt spine.
