- Local Note
- The Schomburg Center's Manuscripts, Archives & Rare Book Division's copy is a gift, probably added to the collection when Catherine A. Latimer was the collection librarian. It lacks the NYPL bookplate and perforated stamp but has some of the early processing markings of the original Schomburg Collection. It's imperfect: disbound, treated, each page reinforced with Japanese paper, sewn, and rebound in natural soft paper wrappers; currently wrapped in mylar and housed in a commercially made 4-flap archival binder.
