Local Note
The Schomburg Center's Manuscripts, Archives & Rare Book Division's copy is probably one of the items added to the collection when Catherine A. Latimer was the collection librarian; and Lawrence Reddick was the Curator. It includes NYPL's bookplate of "Arthur A. Schomburg Negro Collection," NYPL's perforated stamp, and the "Schomburg Collection" stamp. Imperfect: bound in brown cloth over boards library binding with additional blank pages at the back; and gilt spine title.
