Summary

Views of Alaska, primarily the Klondike gold region: includes views of men heading to the fields over the Chilkoot Pass and Dyea trail, on foot, pulling sleds, some carrying canoes; some using oxen; views of steamboats moored at St. Michaels or heading up the Yukon River; log cabins at Beaver City; stores and a tent morgue (for avalanche victims) at Sheep Camp; ice on the Koyukuk and Allenkaket Rivers; miners returning to camp with frost covered faces; men & women posed outside tents with their dogs and men heading downstream in small boats.
