- Views of Lawrence, including a general view showing homes, mills in the distance; water pouring over a dam, men in boat peering over spillway; bridges including stone bridges, a covered bridge, and a bridge after it collapsed (Andover bridge after fire of 1881?); industrial buildings including Arlington Mills, Atlantic Cotton mills; Pacific mill: riverside view, interior views including machinery in the water wheel pit, finisher carding, calico printing room, and stacks of cloth in the packing rooms; mill from the Union street bridge including Pemberton mill, another view of Pemberton mill; the American Woolen Company's Washington mills, from the river from town; other interior views in textile industry including sorting wool; spinning cotton, woman transfering design onto copper rolls for printing cloth, doubling frame in woolen hill, printing room of cotton mills; view of a lake with a fountain; western view of Lawrence common showing paths, pond and fountain; garden, showing flower beds, enclosing hedges, tree and fountain; churches; Odd Fellows hall; the police station; city hall, topped with eagle; a store front, goods displayed and decorated with flags, photography display at right; wagon of A.
