Views of Nahant, including views of sightseers on the rocky shores; wave breaking; Pulpit rock; a natural bridge; swallow's cave; Egg Rock light and Castle rock; steamboat at landing; view of the Lynn-Nahant coach in front of Melios gardens; views of the gardens including the "Rock temple," a pool made of stones and surrounded by broad-leafed plants, homes beyond, sightseers on walkways, perched on rocks in front of the soda fountain (some with fishing poles), in the dining hall, in front of the ice cream stand, near a carousel (just visible at left of frame); views of homes, a hotel.
