Hovey and Co., showing building decorated and interior view showing salesmen among counters piled with fabric, dress on form in foreground; Foster, Weeks & Co. grocery, showing men with boxes out front; State St. Block at the harbor, showing wagons, sailing vessels at dock; Beebe's (or Beebe-Weld) Block: Scollay's building with signs for a wide wariety of businesses; the Cathedral building; the [Brown] building with stove stores in it, showing portrait of man, bunting hanging from the building; Geo.
