Views of the U.S. Capitol: the dome under construction and showing cranes and lifts; the east front, showing gardens, lawns, sidewalks, curbs, lightposts, and horse trolleys; the West front and capitol grounds, including Bartholdi's fountain, the Garfield Monument, gardens; Sculpture: "Columbus" (Persico), "Civilization" (Greenough), "Lincoln" (Ream), the Rogers bronze doors, Statuary Hall, the "historical clock in the Old House chambers; Brumidi's painting in the dome; the House and Senate chambers; Congressional library; the President's room; corridors; a view of the mall from the Capitol; view from Pennsylvania Avenue; general view with a street, homes in the foreground; general view with the Smithsonian beyond; views of prints of the East and West front, and the House chamber.
