- Views of homes in Philadelphia: small house adored with large sign "Jefferson House," "the house in which Jefferson wrote of the Declaration of Independence"; Betsy Ross's house, wedged between two taller buildings; a clapboard house with gingerbread trim; people in garden behind homes, garden has formal and informal plantings, urns, statue with American flag, a whirlygig or weather vane, a bird house, tall fence with vines, one man tends path; "cottages" in West Philadelphia; "Tom Moore's cottage"; Strawberry Mansion; large row houses at 22nd and Walnut, Benj. Franklin's House; views of Christmas trees with toys around them, including a tricycle, a gun, doll houses, stuffed toys and other toys, one view labelled "H. Spear's tree, Dec. 25th, 1873.
