Views in various partially identified California locations: ocean and beach scenery, including views of rocky beaches, surf, sea birds and a Chinese fishing camp; group camping in a forest; "the Woolly Horse of California" showing saddled horse tied to hitching rail; a freight wagon with ten horse and mules pulling it, a sign for Yosemite Falls Store is on the tree in the background; logging views, including men and women near a giant fallen tree, tree being felled, loggers, oxen skidding logs to the mill, a steam traction dray skidding logs; view of a family in front of a house.
