"This is one of a series of eight books and pamphlets specially published to mark the move of Circle Press from Guildford to London. Of this first edition of 120 copies, five are for the poet, five for the artist, five for the publisher and five for presentation. The remainder are available for sale with numbers 1-25 reserved to be sold together as complete sets"--Colophon.
Consists of a strip folded accordion-style and attached at the end to wrappers; text and ill. are printed on one side of strip, oriented perpendicularly to the covers (page size: 19 x 28 cm.). The ill. are superimposed on a continuous screenprinted black background covering the top (right) of the strip from beginning to end, including 4 otherwise blank pages at beginning and 4 at end, not counted in collation.

Issued in off-white wrappers with attached illustrated book jacket, in semi-translucent book jacket.
