- Text is printed in 3 gatherings sewn separately into an irregularly shaped strip of handmade tan and turquoise Twinrocker paper folded accordion style to form 4 double leaves; t.p., dedication and colophon on sheets of Frankfurt paper mounted behind "windows" in the Twinrocker paper. "The shaped paper was made especially for this edition ... from cotton rag, earth from New Mexico, beaten straw and burlap"--Colophon.
