  • The list of subscribers, pages [296]-300, continued to grow after the memoir was published, and copies of this issue are found with 300, 312 or 316 pages The list of "Subscribers' names" on pages 301-312 includes subscribers living in Hartford, other Connecticut towns outside the New Haven area, and in Massachusetts. The list on pages 313-316 has caption "The following list of subscribers names was received too late to be arranged in their proper places." An advertisement on page 316 is dated January 11, 1813.
  • Frontispiece portrait of Whitefield signed: Boyd sculpt.
  • "Part of a poem on Mr. Whitfield, which is published ... with this sermon [preached Oct. 11, 1770] written by a Negro servant girl of seventeen years of age ... belonging to Mr. J. Wheatley of Boston"--pages 192-193.
  • "The publishers ... return their thanks to the subscribers for their patronage of this work, and take the liberty of informing them that they have this day issued proposals for publishing, by subscription ...
