  • Collection consists of duplicate prints from the Arthur Goss Collection held in the archives of The Toronto Harbour Commissioners. They were made during a 1912 tour of ports by the Commissioners. The photographer is tentatively identified as Edward L. Cousins, an engineer with the Commission. cf. -- correspondence accompanying gift.
