- The photographs were printed archivally on Agfa's Portriga Rapid 118 and dry mounted on Rives B.F.K. white. The title page was hand-set in Herman Zapf's Michelangelo type and the text in Palatino. Printed on the Vandercook at The Press in Tuscanny Alley. The binding is Egyptian Papyrus over 8-ply museum board and Coptic sewn. Designed and produced by Susannah Hays. -- c.f. colophon.
