- Biography
Frances Nathan is a New York City resident who is active in public affairs, especially women's issues. In the 1970s she served as executive director of New York State National Abortion Rights Action League (NYS-NARAL), an affiliate of the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL). During the International Women's Year (IWY) in 1975 she was a delegate to the New York State Women's Meeting and the National Women's Conference.
