- As a tribute to Roland Hayes, Etta Moten Barnett talks about his education in Afro-American music studies at Fisk University to his study of Bach and others in Germany. As she elaborates upon his career as a singer of spirituals, she sings "You're Tired Child" and "The Dream" followed by a recording of "Recessional" sung by Hayes.
