- Pforzheimer copy : With an autograph letter signed by Shelley to E. F. Graham (PBS 0007) tipped in at the end. Also, a note about the book in the hand of H. B. Forman (S'ANA 1047), on preliminary binder's leaf ; and a note in the hand of Thomas J. Arnold (S'ANA 1048), Prudentia Hogg's first husband, on the following preliminary binder's leaf. With the signature of "J[ane] Hogg" [i.e., Jane Williams] in ink on half title ; and the attribution "by Percy Bysshe Shelley" in ink in the hand of T. J. Arnold, on the half title. With the bookplate of H. B. Forman. -- Bound in red hard grain morocco, gilt spine titling, gilt rules on cover edges, gilt decorations on turn-ins, antique spot endpapers, all edges gilt: "Bound by Riviere & Son for H. Buxton Forman." -- Acquired by Carl H. Pforzheimer at the Buxton Forman sale, Anderson galleries, part I, March 1920, lot 630, through A. S. W. Rosenbach.
