- Samples comprise 2 ceremonial paper dolls (1 each of light and dark xalamatl paper); 1 piece each of xalamatl limón, chichicaste, and moral paper from the inner bark of the mulberry tree, all made by the Otomi Indians, San Pablito, Hidalgo, Mexico; 1 piece of cilamatl paper, made by the Aztecs of Chicontepec, Vera Cruz, Mexico; and 1 piece of bark cloth from the fibers of the ficus tree, made by the Miskito of Honduras.
