"The pulp from which all the paper in the book was made was supplied by the Cornstalk Products Co., Danville, Ill. The text paper was made from it by the Kalamazoo Vegetable Parchment Co., Kalamazoo, Mich., and the coated paper was made by the Michigan Paper Co., Plainwell, Mich."--P. [319].
