Elinor Rogosin introduces her guests, Rina Schenfeld, Rahamim Ron, Nurit Stern, and Ehud Ben-David, members of the Batsheva Dance Company [Lahaḳat ha-maḥol Bat-Shevaʻ], and [choreographer] Norman Walker; the Company members speak about their respective backgrounds and the founding of the Company under the auspices of Bethsabée de Rothschild; the year of preparation prior to its 1963 debut; Martha Graham's extensive contributions to the Company during this period and its early years; the many choreographers who have created works for the Company, including Glen Tetley and his work Mythical hunters; Norman Walker speaks about working with the Company; Rina Schenfeld speaks about the dancers' choreography workshop and her work Curtains; Walker speaks about the Company's vitality and how this informs its performances; Rogosin and the dancers speak about the Company's touring schedule in the United States; Rahamim Ron [?] speaks about his time in New York City and dancing with Martha Graham's company [Martha Graham Dance Company].
