- Summary A ceremonial dance-drama is performed by a group of men and women each of whom turns a Kris (sword) against himself while in a hypnotic state. The battle of good and evil is symbolized by the struggle of the death-dealing witch and the life-protecting dragon, and their opposing teams. At the end of the ceremony a priest brings the dancers out of their trances.
