- Depicts the Kärntnerthortheater (known as the Hofoperntheater after 1819) in Vienna, rebuilt by Pacassi in 1763 after being destroyed by fire; closed in the late 1860's.
- The theater at center, a couple at lower left, a horse-drawn carriage before the theater's entrance.
