- Costume design for The Unicorn in Ruth Page's ballet, Triumph of chastity, first performed in Chicago at the St. Alphonsus Theatre, December 12, 1954, by the Ballet Guild of Chicago.
- The figure is full-length, leaping right, head facing front. Emphasis of detail is on the Unicorn's head.
- Several pencil studies (one in gouache) appear in upper right and lower left corners, and on verso.
